Tom is a TEDx speaker and keynote presenter who engages audiences and leaders by translating complex data into compelling narratives and clear strategies that drive impact. Every year he touches the lives of thousands of leaders helping them elevate their performance through insights on leadership, well-being, behavioral economics, and organizational psychology. Tom has worked with clients in the healthcare, financial services, retail, biotechnology and government sectors, as well as with universities, colleges and nonprofit organizations.
Tom is an NCAA letter winner in tennis and has coached high school tennis for more than 25 years, guiding his teams to conference and state championship titles. He has served the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Northern Foundation Board, the Sigma Chi Fraternity leadership board and is deeply involved in the epilepsy and brain tumor communities.
Tom has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University. He also has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Positive Sports Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
